Owner Service Requests:

Your request will be time-stamped and will be dealt with in priority sequence. You will receive an Owner Service Request ticket number and updates after you complete the Owner Service Request.

How to Access Your Owner Account Information:

Click on “Login” above to access your Owner Account and to view community notifications, the community document library or other services.

After logging in you can view your owner accounting information, change your personal account and contact information, and consent to receive emails (e-Consent). You can also change your owner account password and notification settings after you have logged in.  

Property notifications for upcoming work or emergencies will be posted to the secure log-in site for owner information. If you have agreed to e-Consent you will receive property notifications by email.

About Copperwood 1 High Rise:

The Copperwood 1 High Rise is located in the southwest quadrant of the City of Calgary in the residential community of Spruce Cliff. The Copperwood 1 High Rise is a nine (9) story high rise apartment comprising of 104 units. The parkade has titled parking stalls, individual unit storage, assorted utility rooms and a mechanical room, as well as a car wash bay and wood working shop. The Copperwood 1 high rise has two separate ground entrances and includes guest suites as well a passage way to the Copperwood Owners Amenity Club.
